GreenBridge

Partner Organisations

Bring your community
into the program.

Cooperatives, farmer associations, LGUs, faith communities, and bamboo grower groups are the backbone of GreenBridge. We build long-term relationships — not one-off transactions.

Who We Work With

Organisations that anchor communities to the land.

A partner organisation serves as the local anchor — enrolling member-farmers, coordinating field activity, and representing community interests throughout the program.

🌾

Farmers Cooperatives

CDA-registered cooperatives with member-farmers ready to participate in agroforestry programs.

🏘️

Farmer Associations

Organised groups of smallholder or upland farmers — formal or informal, barangay to regional level.

🏛️

Local Government Units

Barangay, municipal, or city LGUs integrating the program into community development plans.

Faith Communities

Dioceses, parishes, and church-based organisations with established ties to rural farming communities.

🎋

Bamboo Grower Groups

Clusters of bamboo growers seeking market access, technical support, and structured income.

🤝

NGOs & Social Enterprises

Development-focused organisations working in upland or rural Mindanao communities.

🏢

Independent Organisations

Foundations, producer networks, or community organisations not covered by the categories above.

🏗️

Industry Associations

Sector-wide bodies representing farmers, agri-processors, or supply chain actors.

What We Offer

Three programs. One ecosystem.

Partner organisations can access any combination of GreenBridge's three core programs depending on the needs of their community.

🌱

Agroforestry Investment

Adopt-a-Family Program

Enroll your member-farmers as beneficiary families. Each family receives multi-year agroforestry support — tree planting, farm development planning, land stewardship, and a long-term income pathway.

  • Bamboo, jackfruit, durian, agarwood
  • Matched with an investor-partner
  • 8-year income projection per family
  • Field monitoring & harvest support
🏗️

Field Development & Support

GreenBridge Engine

GreenBridge field staff work alongside your organisation to conduct site visits, build farm plans, monitor progress, and provide technical guidance across your community.

  • Farm development planning
  • Scheduled site visits & monitoring
  • Harvest reporting
  • Supervisor coordination
🛒

Agricultural Marketplace

Agri-Bagsakan

Connect your member-farmers to verified buyers through our agricultural marketplace. Post supply listings, browse demand, and manage orders — all in one platform.

  • Supply listing for crops & produce
  • Buyer demand board
  • Order management
  • Fair-price visibility

The Process

How partnership works.

1

Submit Your EOI

Fill out our expression of interest form. Takes 10–15 minutes. No uploads required yet.

2

Initial Review

Our team reviews your submission within 2–3 business days and may reach out to clarify details.

3

Introductory Meeting

We schedule a call or site visit to walk through the programs, answer questions, and assess alignment.

4

Sign the MoU & Begin

Once aligned, we formalise the partnership with a simple Memorandum of Understanding and begin onboarding your members.

Mutual Commitment

We're not looking for sign-ups.
We're building long-term anchors.

GreenBridge partnerships are designed to last 10+ years. We invest significantly in every organisation we work with — field supervisors, training, market access, and investor matching. In return, we ask for genuine commitment.

Active member participation

Your members are the program. We need real farming families enrolled and engaged, not just names on a list.

Honest representation

Accurate member counts, land area, and community context help us match the right investors and resources.

Coordination with GreenBridge

Regular communication with our field team — responding to visits, sharing updates, raising issues early.

Compliance & governance

Maintaining registration, following MoU terms, and supporting our monitoring and reporting requirements.

Common Questions

Frequently asked questions.

Do we need to be a registered organisation?

You should be registered or in the process of registration (SEC, CDA, DTI, or DOLE). We work with cooperatives, associations, NGOs, and LGUs. If you are an informal group, reach out and we can discuss your situation.

Is there a cost to become a partner?

There is no fee to apply or to be a partner organisation. GreenBridge is structured so that the platform earns from harvest proceeds — your members participate in the program without upfront fees.

How many members do we need to bring?

There is no minimum requirement in the application stage. Some organisations start with 5–10 families; others bring hundreds. We assess fit based on your context, not volume.

We are in a remote area. Can we still apply?

Yes. GreenBridge programs are specifically designed for upland, rural, and remote areas of Mindanao and broader Visayas. Remoteness is not a barrier — it is often where the work is most needed.

How long does the review take?

Initial review is typically 2–3 business days. After that, we will reach out to schedule a call or meeting. The full process from EOI to signed MoU can take 2–6 weeks depending on your organisation's readiness.

What documents will you need?

After your EOI is reviewed, we will request: organisation registration certificate, an authorisation letter, a member profile or list, and a government-issued ID of the contact person. Nothing is needed at the EOI stage.

Can we partner for just one program?

Yes. You can express interest in the Adopt-a-Family program, the GreenBridge Engine, or Agri-Bagsakan independently. Most partners eventually engage with more than one over time.

What happens after we sign the MoU?

You receive access to the Partner Organisation portal, where you can manage member endorsements, track farm activity, and coordinate with GreenBridge staff. Onboarding orientation is provided before go-live.

Ready to Start?
